With funding from UNFPA The Gambia through the Human Security Project, NCCE concluded the Training of Local and Traditional Authorities on the Inclusion and Participation of Women and Youths in the Local Decentralised Structures.
The NCCE, in collaboration with the Gambia Federation of The Disabled, completed the Seminar to Support the Advocacy for The Participation of PWDs in The Gambia’s Electoral Processes.
The NCCE with funding from UNDP The Gambia begins in Kerewan, NBR, the Orientation of Political Parties on the Electoral Laws and Processes, and Maintenance of Peace post 2023 Local Government Election.
The NCCE with support from UNFPA The Gambia has kicked off in Kerewan, NBR, the Training of newly elected and re-elected Councillors on the Local Government Act, 2002 as Amended, Finance and Audit Act, 2004 and the Decentralisation Policy.
NCCE with support from The ECOWAS Mission to The Gambia carried out another round of civic engagement dubbed “Community Sensitisation on Democratic Governance and The Electoral Process.”
